2. What HCSS Collects and What HCSS Does Not
HCSS collects only the basic personal information needed to schedule services and communicate with clients and their designated family members: name, address, phone, email, and emergency contact. HCSS does not collect, store, or transmit health information, medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or other Protected Health Information. HCSS is not a HIPAA covered entity. For the document organization service, the client sets up and controls their own digital storage account and credentials — HCSS does not retain or access client documents after the engagement.

When you contact us through our website we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the information you provide about your situation. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide our services.

We do not collect, store, or transmit protected health information, medical records, or financial account data through this website. Sensitive client documents are stored independently by the client using secure third-party platforms.

7. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide to us. Contact information is stored securely in HubSpot CRM and is accessible only to Martin Toth, owner of High Country Senior Services LLC.
8. Third Party Services

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
